you will need to choose a concrete real-world example, (see attached file) describe it in detail, ask a series of question at issue (see attached file) prompted by the example, and relate the example to our course texts and discussions. Your essay should include:
- 1-2 paragraphs explaining the example in detail (stick to the facts, include all relevant details)
- If your example is textual, quote it. If your example is a product, describe it and quote the packaging language. If your example is an event, describe the who, what, when, and where. Provide all the details needed for a reader who is unfamiliar with your example.
- .5-1 paragraph listing a series of questions at issue that are raised by the example
- 1-2 paragraphs relating the examples to the definitions and ideas in 2 of our course texts (use one short quote from each text – any two texts so far)
- 1 paragraph concluding discussion about how the example helps us think about the course readings and theme
