10. Do you think there is a relation between the pay and work-effort?

Yes, because I’d be doing work above my pay grade.

Yes, if an employee must work over the weekends and after common business hours then he/she should be paid more. Many employees are motivated by money hence giving them their salary according to their expectations will get more productivity and motivation out of them.

I think it depends on the organisation and job role, personally I feel most interns at L’Oréal are there for the experience as oppose to the pay as most work over-time.
