The statement should be a decision that determines your organizations future in terms of corporate governance and social responsibility. Please use the following outline for this assignment:

1. Define Corporate Governance (beyond the textbook)
2. Define Corporate Social Responsibility (beyond the textbook)
3. Create a diagram or list of your current organization’s corporate governance
