as part of your module reflection: this should be recorded regularly, this will provides a ‘starting point’ for your levels of competence. you should complete it again toward the very end of your master‘s course, and then compared the two – the change in shape between the two ‘spider web’ shapes represents your development on the 10 competences over the time you have been at university.a temple with instructions about how to complete the wheel is attache below.

using the competence wheel as a framework, reflect on the following.

1: your experiences designing, researching and writing your dissertation.the competences which you will have developed may include(but are not restricted to): critical thinking and problem solving; communication; digital technology; leadership of self; building and growing relationship; professionalism and work ethic; creativity and innovations.

2:your personal and professional development through the module.in addition, to nay technical skills you may’ve developed.you should also reflect and discuss the employability and personal skills you have developed during the year.on the competence wheel, these maybe demonstrated through almost all of the competences

3: your ‘next step’, whether this into employment further study.as for the above, many of the competences may demonstrate this, not just the career management area.you should consider digital technology; communication; building and growing relationship , leadership of self. but carefully think about the other ares too.
