The Leadership Profile Project, the written portion, is an 8–10-page paper that is prepared by the entire team, depicting collective work and collaboration. The team will select a 3–5-minute movie clip and each team member will select specific leadership theory that is depicted within the movie clip. Team members will each contribute to the paper, providing evidence of how their specific leadership theory was demonstrated by a character, situation, of context of the movie clip. The team is expected to blend the work of the individual members into one well-organized, professionally prepared document. The paper should be submitted with 12 pt.-font, one-inch margins, double spaced, no grammatical errors, and properly cited using APA format.
