Business Objectives
The major objectives of U.S Dermatology Partners are as follows. First is centralizing all its analytics in one place in which Databox will solve. Second is targeting the new personas into the company. Lastly is to give a facelift to its social media strategies and content using Canva. In this study, we will focus on how these objectives would change with the introduction of new technologies and how these objectives would be achieved.
Strategy
There are various ways in which new technologies will change and affect U.S Dermatology objectives, and they include the following. First, in the objective of centralizing all the analytics, unlike before when data was being pulled to the subscription tool than to the subscription channel, which consumed a lot of time due to manual reporting, the introduction of Databox enables automate reporting hence saving time. Databox also enables turning raw data into more useful information. After centralizing all analytics, data needs to be visualized and with the introduction of databox, this process is enabled and the insight of how things are performed is gained. The introduction of Databox by U.S Dermatology Partners also helps in aggregating data into one place, for example when one person is operating different types of business and has data that do not relate with the company. Secondly, to target new personas, new technologies such as websites, Facebook, and Instagram are U.S Dermatology major marketing platforms in advertising their products and services. In addition, U.S Dermatology partners can improve its website by ensuring that designs, content, and graphics are up-to-date to attract new customers. The introduction of these new tools helps the U.S Dermatology advertise their products and services and give details of their services to the general public. With these, they can expand their company’s growth since many people will get to know about them and visit their dermatologists for the services. Unlike before these tools will increase the number of clients visiting their premises requiring services from dermatologists.
In the third objective of facelifting their social media strategy and content, which they can use Canva, the new tool Canva enables designing the company’s products and publishing them anywhere. The new technologies in social media strategy have brought a new era of experiential marketing that supplements awareness, engagement, and conversation. All these help in branding the U.S Dermatology Partners products and finding meaningful connections with clients, leading to improved customer experience.
