Unit Question
Assume that tomorrow Congress passed a law outlawing racially segregated neighborhoods, arguing that such neighborhoods were economically and socially retarding the growth of minorities in particular and the country in general. Pick a side and argue that Congress did the right thing for the right reason, or argue that Congress made a big mistake. Either way, be sure to defend your position using information from the text and/or other reputable sources. If you use other sources, be sure to cite them.
