Unit 5 Assignment; PowerPoint

Instructions:

For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation designed to provide information or instruction to your audience. You will also be creating a 3-slide per page handout from your PowerPoint presentation. Your PowerPoint should be about something pertaining to your future career field, such as instructions on how to complete something, or information about a topic that you think others should know about your career field.

At a minimum your submission should:

• Include a PowerPoint presentation file that:
  • Includes at least 10 slides
  • Includes at least 5 pictures, tables, charts, SmartArt graphics, or other non-text item
  • Utilizes a theme
  • Has changes to the default settings on at least one slide (different font color or different font, different bullet style, etc)
  • Has a different background on at least one, but not all, of the slides
  • Includes at least 3 transitions and/or animations, one of which has sound
  • Advances at least 3 slides after a set amount of time
  • Includes notes in the notes pane of at least 3 slides that give additional information about the content of the slide
  • Looks professional, cohesive, and requires no additional modification
• Includes a 3-slide per page handout in PDF form

To save your 3-slide per page handout in PDF form, complete the steps to print a 3-slide per page handout, but change the printer to Adobe PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF.

Make sure that your presentation looks attractive and professional! Pay attention to color choices, readability, cohesiveness, and presenting a polished final product.
