The Goal
The Goal of the course-spanning project is to compose an APA-formatted medium-length (5 – 7 pages) analytical research paper on a self-selected topic related to course themes, readings, and discussions, and drawing on course materials as well as independent research using current scholarly literature, reporting, primary documents and data, productions, and expert commentary and analysis. Papers should incorporate at least ten (10) current articles from scholarly journals.
In Unit 1… paper requirements here!
We begin by composing a one-page research-based Topic Description. The goal is to identify an area of interest and sketch out a potential research topic, and this requires some preliminary research.
Descriptions should be informed by at least five (5) research-quality sources, and each source should be listed on an APA-formatted Bibliography page.
Descriptions must incorporate in-text citations from at least three (3) of the references.
