1. Case Memo for Under Armour: refer to ” Case Grading Rubric” and ” Detailed Requirements for Memo” for instructions.
– Analysis Tool for the case :Financial Analysis ( in chapter 12) AND EFAS Table ( they must be be in the case memo and PPT presentation)
– Case Memo need to be same as “Sample memo”
2. PPT Presentation: refer to “Presentation Grading Rubric“
The presentation will be graded based on the following
criteria:
● The clarity and thoroughness of the presentation.
● Ability to identify and articulate the problems facing the company and the issues which
management needs to address.
● The caliber (depth and breadth) of the analysis of the company’s situation and
demonstrated ability to use the concepts and tools of strategic analysis in a competent
manner.
● The breadth, depth, and practicality of the recommendations, degree of detail and
specificity of recommended actions, and caliber of supporting arguments.
● The professionalism of the presentation.
● Ability to generate thoughtful questions for class discussion.
● Grading rubrics for oral presentations are listed in Assignments.
**No outside sources can be used other than the case, chapter 12 and the analysis tool that I mentioned above**
