Using the templates and video provided in the Week 3/4 Folder, conduct a Natural Planning Model (NPM) process on a project that you are stuck on, personal or professional in nature. Share your steps with the class in terms of 1. Purpose/Principles, 2. What Would Success Look Like? 3. Brainstormed – What popped into your head about this. 4. Organize your project into suitable sequences with the next actions and projects. Share with the class.
I have attached two files for use in completing your own Natural Planning Model exercise. The Word doc is mine. I’ve used it with organizations to get a project moving (and also personally to think through a challenging and complex situation. The second file is a PDF and is more specific and contains worksheets that are very appropriate for an organizational challenge. Pick something that has you “stuck” if you will, whether personal or professional. See if it makes your life just a little better.
Then, respond to at least two people’s NPM(in the file) processes and offer some constructive feedback!
