Introduction
The previous video introduced you to the connection between climate change and food and water insecurity. This assignment will continue to focus on this unit learning outcome.
Instructions
Research and find a scientific article online (published within the last 5 years). The topic of the scientific article should be on how climate change affects the food supply, food security, food safety, nutrients, or human nutrition here in the United States or around the world.
You will read this scientific article and then report this information in a 2-page paper. The paper will include:
the title of the scientific article you chose
the author
the website where you found it
the date the information was published
a summary of the information in the article
your personal thoughts and opinions about the subject
The page limit of your written paper should be within 2 to 2.5 pages.
Save your paper to upload here to Canvas. Name your file using the following naming convention: yourlastname_climate. For example, if Regina Phalange was doing this assignment, she would save it as: phalange_climate.
