Assignment Content

1. The final assessment of this course is a Team Case Study project consisting of five major sections: 
   1. Company Situation Analysis – Internal Assessment
   2. External Situation Analysis of current industry – Environmental Scan
   3. Tools for Analysis & Recommendations
   4. Problem Solving Model with Prescriptive Strategy Action Plan
   5. Oral Presentation of Problem-Solving Model for Action Plan
   6. By the end of this week you should complete and submit the following component of the project:
      Section II: External Situation AnalysisExternal Assessment & Analysis relating to the one industry in which the company competes. 
   7. Assessment of remote environment (STEEP) (Social/Cultural, Technological, Environmental, Economic, & Political/Legal/Regulatory opportunities and threats)
   8. Assessment of competitive environment (5 Forces)
   9. Use the tools provided in your Pronto group to collaborate with your team. Only one person from your team should submit the assignment for the whole team.
      This component of your report should follow APA format including a title page, references page, in-text citations, and use Times New Roman, size 12 font. An appendix section is not required. Your assignment should be at least 3 pages in length, not including title or reference pages.
