Overview
This week you discover that understanding the life-cycle of your industry is important in building strategies. The ability to discern and predict current and future life-cycle changes is a source of competitive advantage for firms. In this session, we focus on three major principles: (a) understanding the industry life-cycle and its different stages, (b) building strategies for embryonic and technology-intensive industries, and (c) building strategies for mature industries.
