I am working on a final research project (MBA in Human Resources Management) and I have selected following subject for my project:
“Direct recruitment versus Co-sourcing/ Outsourcing of Internal Audit function in airlines”
The focus would be on human resource management and development in complex situations and within and across borders
As a first step we need to submit following:
1. Poster presentation – 1st slide will contain definition of the problem, outline the methodological approach and demonstrate how the contribution will move the organization forward. You will need to provide an indication of the theories you will use to inform your investigation, using a range of good quality and appropriate data sources. Following information should appear in this poster:
- Rationale
- Potential for insightful outcomes
- Scope, aim and objectives
- Application of theory to practice
- Evidence
- Method of Analysis
2nd Slide should include the full bibliographic details of sources in Harvard format.
2. To develop the plan for this project and present as a written Introduction (1000 – 1200 words excluding references) that clearly outlines the research project plan. Following would be the format:
- Introduction
- Rationale
- Potential for insightful outcomes
- Scope, aim and objectives
- Application of theory to practice
- Evidence
- Method of Analysis
- References and bibliography
Samples would be provided for guidance.
This assignment is for above only. Once plan is approved, then we can talk on the detailed research that would be 9500 words.
