I need support with this Management question so I can learn better.
When we think about adult learning in the workplace we tend to think about learning information and then applying it on an individual level, but what about on an organizational level. This DQ will challenge you to think about how an organization collectively learns. Learning takes place any time we take in new information or data, seek to analyze and understand it, and then apply it. Therefore organizational learning takes place any time an organization gathers data about it’s performance, analyzes it, seeks to understand how the data reflects on their performance (good or bad), and considers how that data can be used to make improvements to enhance performance. Think about an organization, company, agency, or department etc. that reflects this type of organizational learning concept. Describe in adequate detail what, why, and how the organization gathers data, analyzes, understands, and collectively learns by making continuous improvements to its business processes.
