What type of leadership style do you believe he exhibits?
How do you believe others adapt to his leadership style?
What were his major accomplishments?
Why do you think he was successful?
What do you think was the most important decision(s) he made?
What advice do you believe this individual might give to you regarding leadership?
You will need to provide conclusion that includes your own personal leaser ship philosophy and whether the leader you chose subscribes to the same.
