part 2 In week 5 you provided an example of Negative Social Media to address the first of a four-part discussion addressing the course learning outcome (#3): Demonstrate critical thinking to identify, analyze, and recommend a course of action when social media turns negative.
In week 7 you will continue this discussion (30 points) to complete the “analyze” portion of this learning objective.
First: Include your submission (or revision of the submission based on instructor feedback) in the submission labeled so we know what your selection was in that component of the submission.
Second: Document the issues within your example. This may be slightly different for each example, but address WHY the example is a negative, WHY this happened, WHO is responsible for the failure resulting in this negative, WHO the audience for the social media negative is, and any other aspects relating to what you have read in the text so far which would help you analyze the example you selected.
Note: Keep in mind the course of action taken within the example and the suggested revision to the course of action are both components of the next (week 9 and 10) discussions you will make regarding this example. These components SHOULD NOT be addressed in the week 7 discussion example.

In week 9 you will continue this discussion (20 points) to complete the “course of action” portion of this learning objective.
First: Include your submissions (or revision of the submissions based on instructor feedback) in this week 9 submission labeled so we know what your selection was and what you analysis was in week 7.
Second: Document the course of action taken after the negativity was brought to light. Make sure to address how the “negative” aspect of the example was brought to light, how many people were interacting or commenting on this?, what is the incident scope (international?), and other aspects addressing what the person or organization did once it was brought to their attention. This post is specifically addressing the question “What was the plan of action taken” from your stated example?
