Design Proposal
At a parking lot near Temple University’s Architecture Building (red box in the attached image), a proposed 4 story commercial building is envisioned for this site. Provide written recommendations for a sustainable design solution based on what was covered in class lectures and required readings for this course. Provide suggestions for the R-Value and HVAC system for your building.
The paper should show evidence of understanding the topics covered during the semester:
- Sustainable Communities & Sites
- Water Efficiency
- Materials & Resources
- Energy Efficiency
- High Performing Exterior Cladding
- Innovation
Compile a bibliography of all sources formatted in Chicago Referencing Style.
You may submit a draft prior to the final due date if desired.
