- Identify the families most likely to enroll in your program.
- Demographic information:
- Age of parents with young children
- Marital status
- Education level
- Occupation
- Income
- Will they find you through a website or a community flyer?
- What features are important to them?
Is there a future demand for infant/toddler care, preschool, or after school care.

You need to be clear about was is unique in your program and make you stand out in your community. Review p222, “Developing an Effective Marketing Plan” about finding your market niche.
