This week covers the Working Stage of a group. Working stage is where group members work on taking what they’ve learned inside the group for creating change outside of the group. Answer the questions below as it would apply to the group you are forming.
(**In prior assignment you said yo would create a group for veterans))1) Remind me of your group you are proposing to create for your final, then create a purpose statement for your group. A purpose statement should describe what the group will accomplish or how it will be of benefit and why it is needed. – 3 points
2) Identify at a minimum of 2-3 goals for your group. Goals should describe the overall desired results you want the group to accomplish. You must cite/support your information in APA format 7th edition in order to address how you know this is an important/useful goal to develop for your particular group. (minimum of 2 paragraphs) – 5 points
3) List three objectives in sentence format that you would like to accomplish for your group. Objectives describe in a clear format what you hope your group members will accomplish as a result of attending your group and should be directly tied to your goals. Goals describe what you want to accomplish, and objectives address how you are going to accomplish them. Make sure to cite your information in APA 7th edition format as your objectives should be supported by your research. Remember, it is not about what you THINK are good objectives but what research states is PROVEN to be effective. (minimum of 2 paragraphs) – 5 points
4) What homework assignment would you use for your group that aligns with one of the objectives you want your group to work on? Identify/cite the assignment, and tell me what it is. Tell me why you chose it and how you feel it will be beneficial. (minimum of 2 paragraphs) – 5 points
