Each nurse exemplifies leadership by delivering, enabling, and advocating the greatest possible public care/service while being a professional role model. Covid-19 has brought many challenges for healthcare workers and their families. This in turn has helped me develop and witness the use of various leadership styles we have learned through school and intergrade to my professional and personal life.
