Transformational Leadership in LEAN Six Sigma Deployments Discussion

I’m working on a industrial design discussion question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

Discuss some of the reasons which support the claim that transformational leadership coupled with full leadership commitment are two of the most important foundation stones required for a successful LEAN Six Sigma deployment.

Friend Sample:

Transformational leadership is a style of leadership that focuses on inspiring and motivating employees that will help the employees to be more successful which will overall make the business more successful. Full leadership commitment is a very important part to the success of Lean Six Sigma because without a CEO or a supervisor or a manager, someone who has more power than the general employees and looks over the work being done by the rest of the employees, businesses would not run as smoothly as they should. When it comes to transformational leadership, motivating workers to do better and be better will have a better outcome than if a higher-ranked employee just yelled at his workers if they were not doing a good job or not working at the level that they expect from their employees. This form of leadership gives the employees the empowerment to be better and to want to improve both for themselves and for the sake of the business.  Full leadership commitment is so vital to Lean Six Sigma because if there is no one above each other in a business some arguments could be caused because there is no one that is the boss that has the final say and that people ultimately have to respect and respect their decision, as well as, not as many tasks would get completed because there is not a particular person in charge of overlooking their group of employees and keeping them on track and updating them on what is happening with the project that they have been assigned to work on.
