    • Critically evaluated and applied theoretical principles underpinning care delivery to offer a rationale for the care
    • Support with literature
    • Suggested alternative actions
  • Around 700 words 

Part 4) Provide a written critical reflection which demonstrate personal reflection and learning

  •            You will have:
    • Considered your personal learning from the situation
    • Evaluate how this learning will inform your future practice
    • Around 300 words

Demonstrate application of theory to practice, with relevant literature/theory critically evaluated (20%)

  • You will have;
    • Applied theory to support your work
    • Supported your actions with relevant, contemporary peer reviewed literature

  • Do not rely on spellcheck- carefully proofread

Use a recognized referencing system used and ensure the references are accurate (5%)

  • You will have:
    • Used correct citation practice throughout the reflection using City University recommended practice
    • Included an accurate and complete reference list
    • Citation guidelines available via moodle
  • Harvard format
