• Look at current literature as to whether what you did is supported by evidence or not

• Word limit is 2000 words for both reflections. One can be longer than the other

  • Critically evaluated and applied theoretical principles underpinning care delivery to offer a rationale for the care
  • Support with literature
  • Suggested alternative actions
• Around 700 words 

Part 4) Provide a written critical reflection which demonstrate personal reflection and learning

•            You will have:
  • Considered your personal learning from the situation
  • Evaluate how this learning will inform your future practice
  • Around 300 words
