Topic: Comparative Research Paper

APA 6 sources

Paper details:

I live in Miami; therefore, the two companies need to have facilities here.
Identify two companies that you would consider working for. Do this based on your interests and goals. You may choose a company you currently work for or one you have previously worked for (if you would
work for them again). Do a comprehensive review of each company.
▪ Discuss each company’s mission, vision and what they stand for and how that resonates with you.
▪ Dive deeper into the management style and structure of the company.
▪ Identify their organizational chart and where your likely role would fall within the company. (I will fit somewhere in the middle management)
▪ Identify what you would offer the company and what you would gain from working there. It is important to know if you would be a good fit for the company as many people are qualified, but what makes you stand out.
▪ What are your growth opportunities within the company?
▪ Discuss any civic action that the company has taken and or efforts on sustainability or community impact.
▪ Discuss how the company is impacted and overcoming COVID-19 pandemic.
It is recommended that you expand on each topic and provide examples to create a more robust academic research paper. The paper must be submitted using college level writing and in APA 7th edition style and format. Do not guess on APA style. Must use five references, two of which must be scholarly
sources from the library (may access sources online). Each sourced must be properly referenced at least one time within your paper.
▪ Include a title page and reference page.
Use page numbers and running head.
▪ An abstract is not required but is optional.
▪ Paper must be double spaced, 12-point font, Calibri or Times New Roman fonts only. One-inch margins only.
▪ Begin with an introduction of topic, research question, description of businesses.
▪ Have a well-organized body divided into sections and subsections with appropriate headings. Sections and subsections divided by one blank line. NO blank lines between paragraphs in the same section.
▪ End with a conclusion or summary.
▪ NOTE: Your writing should reflect college level writing. Write in third person tense (no “I” or “me” or “you”). Write as if the reader has no clue of your topic. Use paragraphs to take reader from one idea to another. Writing must flow. Use spell and grammar check – proofread!
▪ Remind reader of your research question throughout the paper. “Tell them, tell them again, tell them what you told them” Aristotle.
