What is diversity and why is it so important in today’s workplace?
First research the subject using academic data from the Resources and References and/or articles from business magazines, newspapers, journals.
Make sure the references are dated and have an author/s. Next, have you worked in a diverse workforce/organization?
Have you seen any of the advantages of a diverse and inclusive workforce? Provide some personal observations on the subject.
