In this assignment, you will be selecting an existing business or organization that is of interest to you and has mission and vision statements in place that can be accessed online. You are able to use your current or past workplace, or you may select something new. You will be addressing a problem that you have identified either when working at your current/past organization or in dealing with an organization or business. You will give an overview of your selected business, (who they are and what they do) and include their mission and vision statements.

The paper should highlight why you chose the organization and define the issue you will be resolving throughout the project. After you are finished, you will submit your organization/business selection and problem statement for approval. The body of the assignment should be approximately 2 pages in length (this does not include your cover and reference pages) and written using APA format and guidelines. You should have 1-2 references for this portion of the paper.
