In this project you will be working on a presentation about personal finance. You will add and modify slides, add and format text, and switch between different PowerPoint views.

1. Open the start file PP2019-ChallengeYourself-1-4 presentation start file. The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project file name if directed to do so by your instructor, and save it.
2. If the presentation opens in Protected View, click the Enable Editing button in the Message Bar at the top of the presentation so you can modify it.
3. Clear the formatting from text.
   1. On Slide 1, select the text The Smart & Easy Way to Save Money.
   2. Clear the formatting from the text.
4. Change the size of text.
   1. Verify the text is still selected.
   2. Change the size of the text to 28 pt.
   3. Change the size of the text Ready? Set! Save! to 72 pt.
5. Change the alignment of the text in both placeholders to be right-aligned.
6. Navigate to a slide and change the slide layout.
   1. Navigate to Slide 2.
   2. Change the layout of the slide to Title and Content.
7. Change the size of the content placeholder.
   1. Navigate to Slide 3.
   2. Change the size of the placeholder to be 5″ in height and 9″ in width.
8. Change the font and change the size of text.
   1. Verify the placeholder on Slide 3 is still active.
   2. Change the bulleted list items to Century Gothic.
   3. Change the size of the text to 18 pt.
9. Use the Format Painter to copy and paste formatting.
   1. Copy the formatting from the bulleted list on Slide 3.
   2. Apply the formatting to the bulleted lists on Slide 2, Slide 4, and Slide 5.
10. Add columns to placeholders and resize the placeholder.
    1. Change the bulleted list on Slide 4 to display in two columns.
    2. Change the size of the placeholder to be 4.5″ in height and 10″ in width.
11. Use the Find command to find the word money in the presentation.
12. Use the Replace command to replace the word Barter with Trade.
13. Add a new blank slide to the end of the presentation.
14. Add a text box to the middle of the newly inserted slide and enter the text: Take control and start now!
15. Change the font size and color.
    1. Change the font size to 54 pt.
    2. Change the color of the text to Light Green, Accent 1, Lighter 40%.
16. Navigate to Slide 1. Switch to Slide Show view and then return back to Normal view.

IMPORTANT: When you are finished with this project, your presentation should contain 6 slides. If it does not, your project will not grade properly and you may lose a significant number of points. Check your work carefully.

1. Save and close the presentation.
2. Upload and save your project file.
3. Submit project for grading.
