For the Project you will be asked to represent a publicly traded company that needs to make an “Accretive” Transaction. (Apple acquiring Toyota)

By the way, Accretive transaction is a merger and acquisition deal is said to be accretive if the acquiring firm’s earnings per share (EPS) increase after the deal goes through. If the resulting deal causes the acquiring firm’s EPS to decline, the deal is considered to be dilutive. Investors should be careful with this analysis.

You will be required to show: 1-Why you want to acquire strategically (my part of the project)

I will attach the presentation slides I have so far to give you an idea of the project. But ONLY work on adding to question 1 (Why you want to acquire strategically)
