  1. Carefully study the content of Unit # 2 about the Nursing Process and patient care planning. Then carry out the Nursing Care Plan Workshop.

  4. The preparation of the task to be delivered must be authentic, its originality will be verified through the tools to compare similarities and plagiarism provided by E-learning.

Specific instructions for this task:

Using the data from the previous hypothetical situation, make your first nursing care plan for this client in the table below:

  1. Identify in order of priority two health needs, one real and one at risk, that are the highest priority to work with this hypothetical situation.
  2. List the objective and subjective data that evidence the existence of the need for health.
  3. Identify the related focal stimuli in both selected needs.
  4. Using the labels of NANDA 2018-20 and the PES format, write each of the two nursing diagnoses of priority, real and at risk.
  5. Write an expected result for each of the nursing diagnoses identified in this situation. (Use the format: subject, action verb, indicator / res of inappropriate behavior modification and time to get it) as learned in unit # 2.
  6. In order of priority to perform them, write at least five nursing interventions that you would carry out to achieve each of the two expected results. It is important that you include in the interventions at least one for prevention and promotion of the health of the client-family.
  7. Mention the scientific rational that validates carrying out each intervention.
  8. Write an evaluation a hypothetical review for each nursing diagnosis in light of the expected result you developed.
