There are seven different types of society: hunting and gathering society, horticultural society, pastoral society, agricultural society, industrial society, postindustrial society, and biotech society. Compare and contrast at least two of these while addressing the following:
- What type of groups does the society support?
- Are there formal groups/organizations? In-groups? Out-groups?
- What do people born into that particular society spend most of their time doing?
- How does their community influence influence people as individuals?
- How does their environment impact them spiritually and emotionally?
