You may answer the prompts in essay format in any order. It is important that the information is in the essay. The order that you wish to answer the prompts is not as important.
Students will be required to obtain a copy of the play they will be examining. Please note that you usually cannot find the scripts of any of these plays (except Shakespeare) online. Shakespeare’s plays can be found at the Folger Shakespeare Library (links below). However, I have researched and found correct copies of the plays for your use. Playwrights generally do not allow their scripts to be posted online. However, these are the correct, authentic scripts.
Instructor can assist if student has difficulty locating any of these titles.
Most of these plays have been made into films. You are required to read and analyze the play and not the film. In nearly all cases, the film changed the play so it is not the same. You must analyze the play and not a film adaptation.
