Using a real or fictional project that you are a part of for work, school, or an organization, create an infographic on the stages of group development. You can use a free online infographic creation tool to complete your assignment. • List the formal workgroup defined by your work, school, or organization.
• Identify the project.
• List the stages of group development.
• Identify what happens at each stage and give at least one example of a task or action that would occur at that stage relevant to your project.
• Your audience for this assignment is a group of supervisors taking a leadership-training course on managing work teams.
