Chapter 3 of the Denning text is about motivating others to action through the use of a Springboard Story. Your objective is to create a credible Springboard story that triggers the change in your audience. Denning provides a Springboard story template, which is exemplified in the text on pages 87-88.
First, identify each of the elements of a Springboard story. This exercise should help you think about the important elements you would like to integrate into your story in order make your point effectively. Next, you should develop a springboard story that will inspire change in others. Ensure that you include all of the elements of a Springboard story as noted by Denning in Chapter 3 of The Leader’s Guide to Storytelling.

I am a single mother to 2 little girls with no finacila support. I put my self through Grad school and held a full time job as a successfull manager ( middle level) at a large multinational corporation. I travel a lot for work, and it is hard to balance life, kids and having the time to take care of my self. I gained a lots of weight , but one day I got up and said no more. so I started fiding ways to save time and take that time to do stuff for myself like paint, do my hair, or even nap.
