From the movie the lord of the ring provided by the teaching team, please watch the movie and relate key organizational theory from the movie plots.
1- Determine the resources that the organization represented in the plot needs to manage, and the challenges they face in managing those resources.
2- Examine and discuss the overall organization cultural concepts that you can discern from any 2 organizations represented in the movie, based on the organizational behavior theories discussed in this course.
3-Pick one character (the best one that fit to be leader or manager )from the characters of the movie, analyze the character traits and how it affected the organizational structure, and rewrite his/her plot in a way that you as a good manager will take to change the dynamic of the organization and foster an inclusive organization.
