The assignment asks you to look up information on an antitrust lawsuit (of your choosing) on the U.S. Justice Department’s website and then write a short (4-5 sentence) summary and explanation of the case you look up.

Follow each of the steps below to complete the assignment.
- Visit the U.S. Justice Department’s listing of antitrust cases at the following URL: https://www.justice.gov/atr/antitrust-case-filings-alpha
- Browse or search through the list to find a case that looks interesting to you and click on the link to the case.
- On the case page select the “Complaint” link
- Read through the complaint and make note of why the Justice Department is pursuing legal action against the firm(s).
- Write a short summary (1-2 sentences) of why the justice department is pursuing legal action in the case you have selected. Explain why you think it might be good (or bad) for consumers if regulations/penalties were placed on the firm(s) being sued by the Justice Department (1-3 sentences).
