Instructions
The purpose of this Dropbox assignment is to review pertinent information you have learned as part of this course. As a class, we studied different methods and screening tools to obtain an important subjective history and learned about different tests that are needed to perform a lumbar examination. Your 1st dropbox assignment will incorporate all these components
All assignments must be submitted in Word format. The assignment should be saved with your nickname used for class & last name_Dropbox 1. (Example: Susan Wang _Drop Box 1). You must also put this information in the header of the document.
Please upload the finished document to the dropbox folder. The deadline for the 1st dropbox assignment was originally listed at 02/23/20 at 11 pm but has been extended until 02/24/2020 at 1 pm.
Your assignment can be submitted in one of three formats:
- As an outline (example I., A. B. C., 1. 2. 3., etc.) – where all necessary information is clearly labelled
- As a table – using boxes to categorize information and list complete answers
- As a story – where concepts and ideas flow from one topic to the other (example: “For the subjective history I would first ask the patient about…” “Next, I would ask the patient about ….”)
