In this discussion, you will consider whether it is better to follow home country policies and laws (if permitted) in some situations because host country policies and laws are not appropriate (hiring of women, for example, or worker safety).
For your initial post in the discussion forum, review Chapter 17 in the textbook and use your personal judgment to share, in your opinion, whether you think an MNE should remain politically neutral and adopt practices and laws of the host country, or should instead adopt practices (and laws, wherever permitted) of their home country. Explain your answer.
