In this assignment, investigate and analyze the HR practices for a specific healthcare organization. In each module, you will look at different aspects, roles, practices, and functions of the selected HR department. The goal of these assignments is for you to develop a more comprehensive, real-world understanding of how HR serves an actual healthcare organization. It is recommended that you choose a healthcare organization at which you work, visit, volunteer, or one with which you are familiar. You may also select a healthcare organization that you wish to research in more detail. You will be examining how the HR department functions and interacts with this organization.
