The Self-Assessment is about the “6 Images of Change Management”. They are Director, Navigator, Caretaker, Coach, Interpreter and Nurturer. When I completed the survey my two dominant images were Director and Caretaker. The Three Exercise surveys are about Networking (143 score), Resilience (13 score), and how Political is your organization(45).

-Take the self-assessment on pages 49-51 and complete exercises 12.1 – 12.3 on pages 412-416. Spend a little time to reflect on these assessments and if you think they provide an accurate description of you. Then answer the following questions:
- What are your “dominant” images of change? (see question 1 on page 51)
- Do you have a few dominant images or are you more balanced?
- What were your results for the three exercises and how do you feel about the results?
- What do you think your results say about you as a change manager?
- Is it possible for a person to change the results of these exercises over time?
