This should reflect the fundamental learning from carrying out the project and
the module as a whole, in relation to your personal, interpersonal and business
skills, especially in terms of I.C.E. You do not need to consider every aspect but
can select the development of key skills that have been most significant for you
and this is likely to include learning from „negative‟ experiences as well as
positive.
The key is to present a „critical evaluation‟ of the issues you faced whilst working
on the project. This could include any disparity between theory and practice, the
challenges you faced and how you dealt with them at a personal, team and
project level. If challenges were not wholly addressed then discuss and make
recommendations on what could have been done differently at the appropriate
level: personal, team, project, module or programme.
