Develop your business plan for your business. If you have a business plan, critique to see if revisions are needed, and insert those revisions into the plan. Apply the following categories against your plan or use the categories to create a plan:

> Service Description – The service you offer, the problem or need you are solving or meeting, the need for your business
> Market Analysis – S.W.O.T. Analysis
> Resolution Analysis – Addressing the program’s Weaknesses and Threats Resolutions from the S.W.O.T. Analysis
> Sales and Marketing Plan – How you will go about reaching your target audience, apply the geographic data from the Class Assignment.
> Ownership and Management Plan – Legal structure and how business is managed
> Operational Plan – The day-to-day operations
> Financial Plan – Provide a Table of Content of Income breakdown and Expenses breakdown without the costs attached.
> Appendix and Exhibits – Present Evidence-based data on the benefits or early care graphs of success rates, links to data that reinforces the need for ealry care before kindergarten, etc.
