You will work in a small group to determine the top ten qualities/characteristics of a teacher leader. You will use a wiki to work through your ideas. Consider the teacher leader standards, various leadership inventories, leadership theories we’ve discussed in weeks 1-4 as well as your readings. Once you’ve come to consensus on 10 qualities, you will create a rubric/chart to evaluate a current or potential teacher leader. Use your newly developed rubric to evaluate yourself as a teacher leader. Write a one page paper that provides an evaluation you as a teacher leader. Support your writing with the literature. (You will receive a grade for the wiki and for the reflection.)
