Student Satisfaction Team Project: (300 points) Students will be put into groups of 3-4 people. The team will select a
topic focused on student satisfaction. Each team will research a specific type of satisfaction, develop a satisfaction survey,
administer the survey, collect and analyze the results, and present their findings to the class. Project criteria will be distrib-
uted. The grading for the team project is as follows:
1. Proposal—this is your team paper and worth 170 points of the team grade:
a. Topic—submit your team topic; worth (10 points)
b. Survey Questions—submit your survey questions (20 points)
2. Project Presentation—this is your team video and worth 50 points of the team grade.
3. Evaluation and Statement of Work—130 points of your grade will represent evaluations from your team members
and the quality of your personal contribution to the team project.
