This proposal should NOT copy the example, but instead use it to guide. This proposal should have a research question defined in the paper and 7 sources. The final page should be a reference page. Please used the attached photos and read all material. The topic for the research question should be themed on Juviniles or at risk youth and how being in placement facilities affect those youth.
