WRITING THE QUANTITATIVE/QUALITATIVE ARTICLE CRITIQUE
Each student will turn in a Qualitative or Quantitative Article Critique paper based on their approved article. The paper is to be organized with headings and subheadings, addressing each area in the rubric below, written in 1200 to 1500 words. Students are to incorporate and cite the Holosko (2006); Week 2 Dane (2011); Coughlan, Cronin, and Ryan (2007); and Ryan, Coughlan, and Cronin, (2007) readings throughout their critique of each section of the article. In describing each section of the article, students are to paraphrase as much as possible and limit direct quote usage. They are also to briefly and concisely describe each section; the critique is more important than the description. APA format will be used with a title page, in-text citations, and a reference page.
