- Use the figures to compare your current or past employer’s present, past, and potential future organizational structures:
- Which figure is the closest representation of your organization’s current model? Why?
- Which figure is the closest representation of your organization’s past model? Why?
- Which figure could represent your organization’s future model? What would it take to get there?
- Include a brief explanation of your organization to help provide context for your analysis.
