This assignment is to help you learn more about a career of interest, while also developing your networking skills. You will find and set up an informational interview (Links to an external site.) with an individual who works in a career/position that interests you. An informational interview can be as long or as short as you desire, but they typically last around 20-30 minutes. Since we are in a pandemic, your interview should be done either on the phone or on a video calling platform (ie ZOOM, Skype, etc.).
- A short summary (250-500 words) of your informational interview will be due the Friday of Week 6.Your summary should highlight1) What you learned from the interview and what you found most helpful/interesting2) Why you chose to interview this person3) The name, title, and organization of the individual you interviewed
