Solution Summary
Sparkle Creation is a skincare product that is to be used as a body lotion. The main aim was to create a product that exfoliates, moisturizes, and protects the skin from sun rays; all in one bottle. This is a project that will save time and also leaves your skin beautiful and healthy.
Target Audience
This product is created for women who are extremely busy, and at the same time want to take care of their skin. It will be dermatologically tested and approved to be used in all skin types. With the type of ingredients in the products; the main target is women in their late 20s in age and continuing. There is no age limit in the usage of this product because women in their 50s and 60s also need these kinds of ingredients to rejuvenate their skin. Furthermore, it contains SPF 40; which is a sunblock; which is genius because you will not have to apply sunblock when you are in between meetings on a busy day.
Competition
As this is not the only product in the market, competition will be very much aggressive towards well-established companies with big names that have been around for a long time. And again, competition will be against products that focus primarily on one problem at a time. For example, there are SPF 40 products already and a lot of work will need to be done in order to gain customer trust.

One of the major problems that I have is that leaders who are supposed to lead others are not doing their job the way it should be done. For example, I witnessed my own supervisor pushing his workload off on my co-worker, who was not even paying any attention to what was happening. It is so important that leaders do a better job because someone is looking to be in their position one day in the life. I believe that in order to lead effectively, one must first learn how to follow. Countless people want to be a leader but are not being under the right leader is a thought of mine. A solution of mine would be that leaders come together and have a workshop to show them effective skills that they can use. I believe every leader needs to be trained right because many people want to be under a leader who can show them how to lead someone one day as well. Every leader must make sure that they are willing to set a positive example before the people they are leading.

The primary message that I must convey or make known to my audience is that this type of communication is essential to the growth of a successful organization. Countless individuals seek to move up to the next level and should be allowed to show what they know.
Call to Action:
My action request would be that every company make a decision quickly to accept the idea of promoting from within so that every person would feel loved and that the company cares about them is a thought of mine. The action request I am making to my audience is clear, concise, and easily actionable. This is something that I believe that every company can do, in my opinion as well. This is not anything hard or impossible to do, but the company must be willing to accept
