Effective production and scheduling will have to an overall great outcome on any organization, Personally I’ve had a lot of bad experience with online orders. Most times ordered would be damage and wasn’t shipped out on time, I say this because I order a lot of food on-line along with decor items for my home and most time I receive broken items even soaking boxes that’s days late. I really don’t know what happens in the production process but most of the time it’s a big fail, I understand that every organization face challenges but it’s been the same company on a daily basis. The company do offers my money back or for the items to be reshipped but it’s just too much of a hassle at this point. I think the company is packaging the products incorrectly which is one of the biggest problems. Its appropriate planning on their end ensure that the product and endure travel without being damaged and arriving on time. The organization also needs to take time to make final checks with effective scheduling packages with arrive on time and it would be a smoother process of getting packages.
